Escape to beautiful Scottsdale in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a split floor plan and vaulted ceilings. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 5 with a rollaway twin bed. Home is fully stocked with everything you’d need for a lengthy stay. Enjoy easy access to 2 community swimming pools (one just steps from unit), tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a walking greenbelt for your morning or evening stroll. You are also near the major bike/walk path that goes all the way from North Scottsdale's Westworld to Tempe Town Lake (Indian Bend Wash Path - 22 miles).
If you like to dining out, you are in a tremendous location because you can find fast food, fine dining, and everything in between within minutes. Or stay at home and enjoy your coffee or cocktail on the balcony as you relax to the sounds of birds chirping, or the faint sound of pickleball being played in the distance. Of course, one of the main draws of Scottsdale is the many golf courses in the area, so if you are a golfer, this is your vacation rental paradise!
This Scottsdale getaway condo is in a prime location - feels private, yet has easy access to the 101, where you will be close to shopping, dining, casinos, spring training stadiums, hospital and Scottsdale's Old Town. It’s also convenient for day trips to Cave Creek for the Old West, Payson, Sedona, or the Grand Canyon. Of course, during Feb/March, you are perfectly situated for Spring Training Baseball! Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies are just minutes away, with easy access to the rest of Cactus league field with a simple hop on the 101 freeway.
